The main objective was to consolidate the steel billet scrap/metal, oil trade and supply of food products such as sugar cane, wheat, corn, sunflower and rapeseed oil under one corporation and to conduct business globally in its entirety, by bringing together under the one banner, a number of International business men and traders respectively, from countries such as the UK, the USA, Poland, Azerbaijan, Germany, Croatia, Italy, UAE, Austria, and India .The set was formed early in 2000 and continued until early 2001 when it was decided to formalize the connections, develop defined functions and set down the objectives of the company for all those involved to work toward achieving. The goal of the corporation is to establish a truly independent, neutral market that serves the interests of both the Buyer and Seller, while addressing the needs of an International business .The development has been considerable. Businessmen and traders from countries such as Russia, Vietnam, Turkmenistan, France, UAE, Oman, Sudan, Kazakhstan, India, Ukraine and China, to name only a few have come on line and are working within the constitution of the company to achieve the ultimate goals as described.
